| GP Connections (formerly Toowoomba and District Division of General Practice) is uniquely placed in both a provincial and rural setting. There is a strong sense of 'community'.
Division members reside and practice within the Toowoomba area and surrounds, providing an important context to the role of the GP as a practitioner, opinion leader and resident within the local community.
The purpose of the GP Connections (GPC) is to advance the profession of general practice and primary health care; to provide services to, and advocacy for, Toowoomba and District General Practitioners; and to promote individual and community health. |
