The ESDGP takes your privacy seriously.

Each employee must sign a Privacy DEED OF CONFIDENTIALITY document before starting work at the ESDGP. This document is 5 pages long and covers many aspects of your privacy including but not limited to the following examples.

This document covers such things as any details pertaining to investigations, reports, activities or otherwise, that relate to any government or statutory authority including, but not limited to, WorkCover and the Commonwealth Department of Health and Aged Care.

Information concerning the business, finances or clients of ESDGP or a Related Corporation of ESDGP, including but not limited to, the content and comment contained in all ESDGP publications, business plans, marketing plans, client lists, competitive information, prospect lists, establishment lists, budgets, financial, pricing information, publication information, and reports of any kind.

The Employee will not, without the written permission of ESDGP disclose the Confidential Information to a third party including any government authority, government department, at Federal and State levels.

The Employee must also notify ESDGP immediately of any suspected or actual unauthorised use, copying or disclosure of Confidential Information.
